Olivia Robertson writes about her artistic background:
"I had my first art exhibition in 1938 and a future one in 1956. I studied at the Grosvenor School of Modern Art in London for a year and a half: '38-39. I won the Purser-Griffith Scholarship taking first place for the History of European Painting 1200-1900. Diploma at the National University in Dublin 1942, after I had been VAD in London. My drawings of children I made during my work at Dublin Corporation Dublin Playgrounds 1942-1945 were published, some of them, in the Irish Times. Illustrated articles on the care of children playing were published in the London Tribune and other magazines. Last year (2005) I exhibited Goddess paintings in an exhibition of International artists in the Newtownbarry House Gallery, Bunclody. Four of these are now in the USA!"
Below, you will find 12 sections and over 90 paintings and illustrations that Olivia has drawn of the various aspects of the Goddess and other Beings throughout the years. A booklet which includes many of these drawings may also be ordered from this link: art booklet. We hope you enjoy looking through these beautiful and inspired works of art.
You may also see much of this artwork throughout the Clonegal Castle Temple in the Photo Gallery, as well as the Temple Updates section of this site.
"My writing expresses my mind and spirit: art for me shows forth my intuition and heart." Olivia Robertson
