Reiki – what is it? - It is a technique that originated in Japan, which offers the reduction of stress (leading to total relaxation) and healing – it is connected to the idea of invisible "life force energy", also called "qi (chi)". The name consists of two Japanese terms - "rei" ("God's wisdom") and "ki" ("life force"). This way the word "reiki" can be interpreted as "spiritually guided life force energy".
